Here is a recent proposal I captured the day before Thanksgiving in Chicago. Earlier in the week, Wyatt connected with me to arrange the proposal and he wanted recommendations for skyline locations in Chicago. In my opinion, North Avenue Beach is probably the best one in the city. It was very cold and windy that day and the plan was for Wyatt and Amanda to meet with one of their friends at the beach. A very odd place to meet someone in the wintertime time but Amanda didn’t have a clue. The plan was for Wyatt to approach me to ask a stranger if I could take a picture of them with his cell phone and the skyline behind them. I then started to shoot with my cameras as he was getting down on his knee. She said “YES” and we ended with a few portrait pictures of the two of them. Congratulations Wyatt and Amanda!
