Who are your ideal clients? We have the best connection with clients that appreciate the skill of photojournalism and give their photographers the trust and freedom to be creative to capture stunning photographs.

When are engagement sessions scheduled? Engagement sessions are scheduled during the week usually two hours before sunset. Weekends are reserved for weddings during prime wedding months. Weekend dates may be available during off season months.

Do you have liability insurance? Yes of course! We will provide documentation to your venues if needed.

How many photographers do you work with? We currently have five wedding photographers on our team. We've worked exclusively for many years.

When should we book? It is very common for our clients to book us 18 months out. Due to a number of inquiries we receive, we do not hold dates. First to sign a contract along with a retainer paid will secure their wedding date.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction? Yes we do.

Do you charge hourly or full day? We can build a la carte hourly package for events.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal? We all need to eat and we ask to be fed the same time bride and groom have their meals. This way we don't miss any of the main events.

Do you charge for travel? Anything outside of the Chicagoland area, there will be additional travel arrangements.

Do you provide print and distribution release? Yes we do. You can print your pictures anywhere you want and share them on social media.

Do you provide the digital files to the client? All high-resolution images are provided via internet download. Estimated time is 6-8 weeks after your event. The viewing gallery is for 90 days and you can extend if need be.

Do you offer retouching service? The collection of images you will receive are all completed with the basic editing of color correction, sharpness, and contrast with minor touch-ups. Anything beyond this will be charged per request.
