I finally got to meet Alena and Chris for the very first time since they booked me over email this past winter. Alena will also be a bridesmaid for one of my wedding in September so I will get to see the both of them twice. Chris and Alena are also aspiring photographers so I actually let them decide on locations for their engagement session. After taking a few pictures inside RM Champagne Salon, we strolled down their neighborhood in Southport and picked random spots for some fun pictures. It actually worked out well and they were really comfortable and playful with each other in front of the camera. That always makes my job easier. They will be married in a vineyard in Michigan later in August and I can’t wait to see what we capture over there.
