The first weekend of October, I had the honor of photographing Jordin and Charley’s wedding at The Barn & Vineyard in Beecher, Illinois. This charming rustic venue features open fields, wooden architecture, and warm natural light — a perfect setting for their fall celebration.

I first met Jordin and Charley the previous year during their engagement session at the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago, where they were naturals in front of the camera. That same energy carried through to their wedding day. They were fully present, soaking in every moment together — from their emotional first look to the heartfelt speeches during the reception.

The weather couldn’t have been better for an early October wedding. As the sun began to set, we had incredible golden-hour light for portraits around the vineyard and barn. The mix of rustic details, open skies, and genuine emotion made their day an absolute joy to capture.
