Shefali and James’s Wedding at Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago

It was such a joy to photograph Shefali and James’s wedding at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago. This venue is one of my favorites for its industrial charm, large windows, and rooftop views of the skyline. The space looked beautiful and perfectly matched their style — a mix of elegance and character.

The morning was full of laughter as the groomsmen tried to figure out their bowties. It was one of many fun, candid moments from the day. During the ceremony, Shefali made a long and emotional walk toward James, surrounded by family and friends.

After the ceremony, the couple and their wedding party went to a nearby park for golden hour portraits. The soft evening light created a warm, romantic glow. As the sun set, everyone returned to Bridgeport Art Center, where the dance floor stayed packed all night. Guests danced, sang along, and celebrated with nonstop energy.

If you’re planning a wedding at Bridgeport Art Center or searching for a Chicago venue with industrial charm and natural light, this space offers endless possibilities for stunning, timeless photos.
