We had a beautiful spring day for Katie and Collin’s engagement session at North Avenue Beach in Chicago. The backdrop of Lake Michigan, the sandy beach, and the skyline gave us plenty of variety.

Katie and Collin have been together for over 10 years. Their deep connection made every photo feel natural. They laughed, embraced, and shared quiet moments that brought their story to life.

We took full advantage of the dramatic sky and soft evening light. The beach’s open space allowed for a mix of wide shots and intimate close-ups.
