We bounced around locations for Lisa and Marty’s engagement session and we were originally thinking down town Chicago near Daley Plaza and Navy Pier. But I was recently a guest at a wedding over the weekend and I totally fell in love with the venue. So I suggested Blumen Gardens in Sycamore. The staff at the gardens made an exception for us to use the grounds to photograph their session. Thank you again Blumen Gardens. I have to applaude Lisa and Marty for sticking through the cold for these shots. Lisa was literally shaking when I was positioning her. I felt so bad for being a photo nazi. In the end, I thought it was well worth them freezing their butt off. : )  Here are the highlights.

Please checkout Blumen Garden as your wedding venue. It is very unique and has that rustic vibe. It sorta reminds me of Salvage One in Chicago.
