Naperville Winter Engagement Photographer

We decided to seize the opportunity to take some photos during the blizzard earlier this February. Despite the cold weather and difficult road conditions, it was well worth it to capture some beautiful pictures for Gina and Ben’s engagement. Living in Naperville, I am familiar with the Riverwalk area and downtown Naperville. Shooting in a blizzard can be challenging, especially when it comes to protecting your camera gear. While most of my professional equipment is weather-resistant, heavy snow requires constant wiping and careful maintenance. Another concern when shooting in a blizzard is the possibility of snowflakes landing on the subject’s eyes. Fixing eyes in post-production can be quite a task on its own.
