We want to share Jenna and Ketan‘s amazing Indian wedding at the Bridgeport Art Center. Our approach to photographing weddings is unobtrusive documentation. For most of the day, we followed Jenna and Ketan and tried to stay out of the way, capturing their day as it happened. We kept constantly moving around and documenting as much as we could. Making sure the photographs reflect the essence of their epic day.
Indian weddings are so much fun to be a part of. There were many parts of the ceremony with unique cultural meanings behind them. Next time you are invited to one, read up on them to better understand what everything means. The day was cold and very long, but everything went smoothly with the teamwork of amazing vendors. My favorite part of the day was when the groom entered the ceremony on his horse. That was pretty cool with all the guests marching down along with him. Enough of me talking about it, please check out the highlight. By the way, that dress.
