Christine and Tony’s engagement session was unique as I first met Christine 10 years ago when I photographed her sister’s wedding. It is always an incredible honor when past clients and their families remember my work and reach out for their milestone moments.
We started their engagement session at Gibson’s on Rush Street, a meaningful location for them as they frequently dine there together. They enjoyed their favorite cocktails while I captured some intimate and candid moments. From there, we moved across the street to the Thompson Hotel for a few stylish portraits.
After a quick outfit change, we headed to the Chicago Riverwalk near the iconic Wrigley Building. The lighter-than-usual foot traffic allowed us to take full advantage of the stunning cityscape backdrop. The mix of historic architecture, soft natural light, and their effortless chemistry made for an incredible engagement session. I can’t wait to document their wedding day!
