Pottawatomie Park Engagement Photos

It was an overcast day for their engagement session. Usually, an overcast day is great for pictures. However, sometimes you can use a little fill light if the light is a little darker than you want it to be. I used a little off-camera flash to add a hint of fill light to their faces to make them stand out in some of the pictures. Pottawatomie Park is a fabulous location for taking pictures in St. Charles. I often visit this area for weddings. The downtown St. Charles area is also great for wedding party pictures, offering some excellent spots for beautiful compositions. The bridge that crosses fox river is fantastic for some images with lines. Check out this fall engagement session in St Charles.
