Last winter I had the honor of photographing Ian’s sister Alex and her now-husband Blake’s wedding in Chicago. It was Ian’s turn to tie the knot with Amy at the beautiful Newberry Library. We started the day at the luxurious Waldorf Astoria Hotel on the Gold Coast for their preparation pictures and their first look. We had a beautiful day exploring the area looking for some nooks and crannies to capture a few shots with the wedding party before heading to the Library for their very intimate wedding ceremony. We had a great team of vendors to work with to make this day perfect. Huge thanks to Clover Events for helping us out with the details. It was our first time working with the team and I highly recommend them for your wedding planning and day of coordination. It is always great when the family chooses me for all their weddings.
