Here are the highlights from Shaley and Jason’s intimate Jewish wedding at LM Studio in Chicago. This was our first time at the venue and we enjoyed photographing in the space. A lot of natural light to utilize for portraits and artsy decor for some unique images.
I shoot a lot of Jewish and Greek weddings and I love the similar cultural elements throughout the day. The best part, of course, is the reception when the dancing starts. The Horrah is always entertaining, I love seeing the facial reactions of the Bride and Groom because once you are lifted, you are not 100% sure if you trust your guests to keep you safe. I had some doozies in the past few years. Maggie and I had a wonderful time documenting the sweet couple and capturing all the little moments from their wedding day.
