This past Saturday was the perfect setting for a romantic surprise proposal at Forest Park Beach. Erik planned a beautiful and meaningful moment to ask Paige to marry him along the Lake Michigan shoreline, and I was honored to discreetly capture the genuine moment as it happened.

Erik and Paige arrived at Forest Park Beach on a beautiful afternoon in Lake Forest. With the sound of waves from Lake Michigan and the peaceful scenery around them, Erik got down on one knee and asked Paige to marry him.
Her reaction was pure joy and surprise, exactly the kind of authentic moment every couple hopes to remember forever. Being able to capture that instant from a distance allows the moment to unfold naturally without interruption.

After Paige said yes, we spent some time exploring the beach area for a relaxed engagement photo session. Forest Park Beach offers a variety of beautiful backdrops, including:
