It was our great honor to photograph Roel and Marcus’s wedding at Gallery 1028 in Chicago last weekend. It was my first time at the venue and I enjoyed shooting there. The venue is very trending with exposed brick all around with high ceilings. It has a warehouse feel with another section that can be used for cocktail hours or ceremony space like their wedding. There was a lot of rain, a protest, an hour-long power outage at the reception, and one epic first dance….the best one I have ever seen thus far. There was tremendous support and love from everyone on the day of their wedding. Here are some of the highlights from their amazing day.
